We transformed an empty street‑level shell space into a 2,504‑square‑foot hot yoga studio designed for comfort, performance, and operational reliability. The buildout included advanced MEP systems engineered to maintain precise temperature control from 70°F to 120°F, ensuring consistent conditions for a full range of heated yoga classes.

About the Project
This home received a full kitchen, living, and dining room refresh designed to make everyday living easier, brighter, and more connected. We reimagined the kitchen from the ground up with modern finishes and improved functionality, updated the cabinetry, appliances, lighting, flooring, paint, and trim throughout the main living areas, and added thoughtful details that bring the whole space together.
To elevate comfort and convenience, we integrated Google Home smart lighting and automated window coverings, giving the homeowner effortless control over the environment. The result is a warm, modern space that feels both beautifully updated and wonderfully easy to live in.

About the Project
This rustic lakefront cabin is about to get a full, from‑the‑ground‑up transformation. Beginning with pre‑construction in 2026, we’ll take the structure back to its shell and rebuild it into a modern, comfortable retreat that still honors its lakeside charm. The remodel includes all‑new interiors, updated systems, custom details, and a refreshed exterior built to last. We’re also adding a new two‑car garage connected by a custom breezeway, creating a seamless and functional extension of the home. We can’t wait to bring this cabin back to life.
